CLARITY is meant to send the message that leaders are consistent, persistent, and insistent on witnessing quality assessment and instruction in a culture of learning (The Third Teacher) in EVERY classroom, K-12. I had many choices of visuals for the cover, why did I choose this one? CLARITY is knowing, really knowing, ALL the FACES of our learners (staff and students) – that is equity and excellence to me.
