Our global ‘CLARITY Collaborative’ joins Noel Henry and Kerrin Cronin to discuss the impact that Instructional Coaches in ALL Primary and Secondary Schools are making in Wollongong when they have a purposeful role to support differentiated Professional Learning; revisit my 14 Parameter research often to keep the integrity of the role (Parameter #2); have time to learn together and work alongside teachers; and don’t shy away from every aspect of the role just because one aspect is difficult.
