Virtual learning during the pandemic has changed everything and nothing. Change in teaching requires major transformation in the culture of a school, a complex undertaking in the best of circumstances. Profound change in teaching became an imperative with COV ID-
19; the capacity for change was underscored by the demand for adoption of social media and technologies; adoption which had previously been resisted.
